Right on Lake Chickamauga! You may dock your boat, when the water level allows, usually May-October. The full kitchen is a great place to cook a full course meal or just relax and eat take out! The living/family room holds a large flat screen tv with cable TV. You’ll Probably be more interested in the Lake views, though. If you want a closer look there is a wonderful screened in porch. The second floor holds two bedrooms, with a king sized bed and the other is a queen. A full bathroom with combo shower/tub completes this floor. The third floor observatory offers 360 degree views of the property during the day, and the stars at night. This room also contains two twin beds. Additional sleeping space is provided by the two sleeper sofas located in the family room. Use of Dock is based on water level which varies by season. An apartment is located on site above the adjacent garage. It may be used by other guests during your stay. The apartment guests do not have access to the house. Shared outdoor spaces include the dock and fire pit area and back yard.

Our home is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house that is located at the end of a quite cul-de-sac with a full basement. It has 2,700 square feet of finished living space with a 1,500 square foot unfinished basement. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a king bed and private bath. There is also a half bath on the main level. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, each with private access to the top deck for star gazing or watching the boats come down the main channel of the Tennessee River. The home accommodates 6 adults and two children. We do not recommend more than 6 adults due to the current sleeping arrangements.

There is a parking pad that can accommodate 2 vehicles. And 1-2 more can park on side of the road. We get a lot of inquiries about fitting boats and trailers, there is just not space for that on the narrow road these cabins are located on. We can offer transient boat slip for free and have your trailer parked behind a fence on site. This cabin is pet friendly! We require a $200 refundable deposit, will be returned once unit is inspected for damages. We also require an additional $40 fee, per stay, for extra cleaning. Limit to 2 animals, nothing over 60 lbs. Pets must be leashed at all times when outdoors. Also you must clean up after your pets potty sessions, we don't want other vacationers stepping in land mines ;) Please note that when coming into the property, you will pass several cabins that aren't open yet, some are boarded up. Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin located on beautiful Chickamaugua Lake. The cabin is located off Hixson Pike at Jones Bay Marina. The marina offers rental boats and non motorized water toys for rent. Our rental boats include double decker pontoons with a slide, pontoon boats, and deck boats. We also have a store on site that has a full selection of food, drinks, & sundries for your convenience. Enjoy the serenity of the lake or get out and explore gorgeous Chattanooga. We are just 23 miles from downtown! Cabin details: Each bedroom features a queen bed, brand new mattresses & bedding! Each room also has a tv. Living room: Brand new furniture, large tv and DVD player. Please note, there is no overhead lighting in the living room, lamps are provided! Makes it a little more cozy though. There is a large sliding glass door in the room to bring in lots of daytime light and picturesque views of the water! 2 full bathrooms with a shower/tub combo. The tile is original from the 1960's so there may be some imperfections. Kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove, and microwave. Please note there is no dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, & dishes to use. Or if you want total relaxation, bring paper plates and solo cups ;) Outdoor, covered patio with furniture & a small charcoal grill. Cabin is located on a narrow asphalt/gravel road. There is a parking pad that can accommodate 2 vehicles. And 1-2 more can park in front of the cabin itself. We get a lot of inquiries about fitting boats and trailers, there is just not space for that on the narrow road these cabins are located on. We can offer transient boat slip for free and have your trailer parked behind a fence on site. This cabin is pet friendly! We require a $200 refundable deposit, will be returned once unit is inspected for damages. We also require an additional $40 fee, per stay, for extra cleaning. Limit to 2 animals, nothing over 60 lbs. Pets must be leashed at all times when outdoors. Also you must clean up after your pets potty sessions, we don't want other vacationers stepping in land mines ;) Please note that when coming into the property, you will pass several cabins that aren't open yet, some are boarded up. We will be renovating them as well, we just started at the end of the road and are working our way back. You are not driving into a scene of a scary movie lol We are just "in progress" for a while.
