Boat catches on fire on Tennessee River, no injuries reported

Plumes of black smoke filled the air near Downtown Knoxville as a boat burned on the Tennessee River.

The Knoxville Fire Department responded to the fire on Sunday afternoon. First responders could be seen pulling the boat to safety and spraying water on the flames.

Two people were on board and rescued. According to KFD, no one was injured.
